Product Introduction

The fully automatic liquid-liquid extraction instrument is a true automatic extraction device capable of automatic extraction, automatic liquid addition, automatic venting, automatic cleaning, and automatic waste discharge. The instrument consists of extraction bottles, a gas-liquid pump, and a control unit, utilizing a semi-closed air circulation oscillation system. Its principle involves using air pressure to fully mix and vigorously agitate the water sample and extraction solvent, achieving complete extraction. It completely replaces manual shaking, reduces the labor intensity of laboratory personnel, improves extraction efficiency, and ensures more stable and reliable analytical results. The entire extraction process is fully enclosed, eliminating the need for manual venting. It automatically adds liquids, discharges liquids, vents waste gases, and performs self-cleaning, avoiding direct contact between operators and toxic reagents, thereby protecting the health of operating personnel.

Application Scope

Suitable for liquid-liquid extraction applications in water quality monitoring, such as petroleum in water. It can also be used for automatic liquid-liquid extraction of volatile phenols and anionic surfactants in water.

5. Semi-closed airflow oscillation principle achieves agitation extraction through continuous air pumping via a built-in air pump;

6. Automated unified waste discharge treatment eliminates manual venting, avoiding the risk of explosion in fully enclosed extraction bottles;

7. Custom glass spray-type cleaning plugs fully cover the entire inner wall of the separatory funnel. Dual channels automatically吸入 (suck in) detergent or pure water for automatic rinsing of extraction bottles;
